As a Notary Public I can not provide or complete your forms. All documents must be completed prior to the Notarization. The only thing that is blank is your signature and you must sign that in front of the Notary. If you are not sure wait and ask the Notary.

Wills and what a Notary can do
A Notary can not notarize your signature on your Will. They can however notarize the two witnesses signatures on your Will. The two witnesses can not be related to or a beneficiary for the person obtaining the Will. We ask that you bring your own witnesses as we do not provide them.
